Every Reemi canvas is made to order. Please check the shipping information below before placing your order.

Destinations and shipping rates

• Free standard shipping: Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
• Canada: AUD $20, converted to your checkout currency where applicable.

These are our currently enabled destinations. Enter your full delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and the final shipping charge before payment.

Production and delivery

Production and transit times vary by destination. If you need your artwork by a particular date, email support@reemiwallart.com with your country and postcode before ordering so we can check an estimate. Estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Your delivery address

Please check your address and contact details carefully before paying. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes may not be possible once production has started.

Delivery questions or damage

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact support@reemiwallart.com with your order number. For damage, include your order number and, where available, clear photos of the artwork, packaging and shipping label. Missing packaging does not remove your statutory rights. Our Return & Refund Policy explains the process and your rights.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, email us promptly. Please report a suspected lost parcel preferably within 30 days of that date so we can investigate with our fulfilment partner. This reporting request does not limit statutory rights. We will investigate and arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law. A tracking scan alone does not prevent us from investigating a reported non-delivery.

Address errors and unclaimed deliveries

If delivery fails because you supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, or did not collect the parcel, a new product may need to be made. Reasonable additional production and delivery costs may apply where permitted by law. We will explain and agree any charge with you before placing another order. We do not charge you to remedy an error caused by us or our fulfilment partner. Valid statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Cancellations and address changes

Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation. Production may begin quickly, and we cannot promise a fixed cancellation window. We will check whether the order can be stopped or changed and confirm the outcome. This does not limit statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

Returns and responsibility

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide appropriate instructions. Do not return products to the printer or shipping-label address unless instructed by us. Our Return & Refund Policy explains return costs and remedies. We remain responsible for the goods until physical receipt by you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law.
